1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) ezspin3 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by one individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. ezspin3 employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ezspin3 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all Bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicated account activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided to ezspin3 is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must notify ezspin3 immediately of any change to your registered details, including email address or payment method, via live chat support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. ezspin3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the ezspin3 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified within the ezspin3 cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC) in accordance with ezspin3's anti-money laundering procedures.
• ezspin3 targets withdrawal processing times of under three (3) minutes for verified Touch n Go eWallet and Boost requests. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability.
• ezspin3 does not charge fees on withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are borne by the User.
• ezspin3 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Funds deposited into your ezspin3 Account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your verified name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ezspin3 offers Bonuses to eligible Users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotional offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• ezspin3 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as explicitly permitted by the Platform.
• Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated exploitation of promotional structures — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus balances and derived winnings.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games made available on the ezspin3 Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, professionally trained and supervised dealers. RTP figures are independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. ezspin3 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, ezspin3 will endeavour to restore the session to its correct state. Where this is not possible, ezspin3 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the User's Account. No additional compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezspin3 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Use of the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to circumvent or exploit any technical vulnerability of the Platform;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.

ezspin3 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such activity to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ezspin3 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and design elements — is the intellectual property of ezspin3 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of ezspin3.

10. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by ezspin3 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ezspin3 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions to protect your data in transit.

11. Responsible Gaming

ezspin3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is accessible to users aged 21 and above only. ezspin3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

ezspin3 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk.

13. Termination

ezspin3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) ezspin3 has reason to believe your Account is being used for prohibited purposes; or (c) ezspin3 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction. Upon Account closure for cause, any Bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any real-money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ezspin3 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ezspin3's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the relevant gaming authority or a mutually agreed arbitration body.
